Lady Medina Arris of Hapes never took entirely to the life of a noblewoman.
At the earliest opportunity, she departed her homeworld of Tabiid in the Hapes
Cluster and set out into the galaxy at large. Under the assumed name Satine,
she made her way through the core worlds, alternatingly charming and strong
arming her wishes. Her two favored weapons were her smile and her light
repeating blaster, and she was a master at using both. She eventually ended
up on the Core world of Corulag. There, she cajoled her way into the Sienar
Advanced Research Division, where she made off with one of the new TIE
Advanced x1 prototypes. Named the
Dancing
Sheep, it became Satine's principal mode of transportation during the
course of her adventures. While she maintained a mercenary attitude in
general, her affinity for the deposed Jedi Order led her more often than not
to ally herself with Rebel factions that shared her opinions. For a number
of years, Satine traveled the length and breadth of the galaxy, from Rim to
Core, meeting a number of strange creatures who often became her companions.
One such being was the Jedi Hoojib Zilp Spee, whom Satine met on the Outer
Rim world of Arbra. Zilp had been trained by a Jedi Master who had recently
died, and now wished to travel through the galaxy his master had told him so
much about. Satine obligingly agreed to bring the small creature with her, as
he was no drain on her limited space and resources. they made their way to
the planet Omala, where the government was attempting to oppose the control of
the Empire. There Satine met up with a number of fellow mercenaries with whom
she would spend the majority of her time from that point on with. These were
the famed Sunrider boys, the group that brought the downfall of the Specter
terrorist group. Satine herself assisted in the eventual defeat of Specter,
as it was her own, long lost sister Denia who had spearheaded much of the
operations for the paramilitary group. During this period, Satine reconciled
with her mother, the esteemed Lady Adina Arris. Not long after the fall of
Specter, Satine set out to find the famed Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, whom she
had encountered on an earlier adventure. The specifics of her time spent with
Kenobi are mere speculation, but it is a confirmed fact that her daughter,
Merina, was Kenobi's child. Shortly after Merina's birth, however, the
baby was kidnapped by Imperial agents intent on drawing out the Jedi Knight.
Instead, Satine began a quest of vengeance that ended with Merina's
disappearance and the death of the Imperials. For 15 years, Satine thought
her daughter dead. Sometime shortly before the battle of Yavin, she received
word form Obi-Wan Kenobi that a young girl that looked strikingly like a
member of the Arris family had been seen on Tatooine. By the time Satine
arrived on the desert world, though, Kenobi was gone, and her search began.
For the next three years, Satine scoured the galaxy, catching fragments of
stories that described her daughter as a member of a rebel strike team.
Eventually, through her ties in the Alliance, she managed to reunite with her
daughter, who by that time called herself Rally and had an infant daughter of
her own. Rally and her daughter, Alexa, were joyfully welcomed back into
their birth family, and Satine felt content enough to hang up her blaster for
good. As to her daughter, granddaughter, and little sister, they have tales
of their own to tell...

The down side to being a noble is that everyone wants to mesh
their bloodline with yours...
The upside to being a noble is the ability to get the attention
of any wandering Jedi you lay eyes on...
