CANCELLATION POLICY

60+ days prior to start date: 

1. Client gets a refund for the deposit paid minus $500 cancellation fee, per person
   
   

59-31 days prior to start date, no refund: 

1. Clients may opt for a one time reschedule of the course within the next 365 days (if applicable)

   • This includes illness and unforeseen circumstances on client's part.​

2. Client can transfer the credit to similarly certified student to use in lieu of their presence during the course.

30- days, no refund: 

If client cancels within 30 days of the start date, they forfeit the amount paid. No exceptions.

Travel insurance is recommended. 

Captain Kira reserves the right to cancel the course at any time without reason. If we cancel without reason, I shall return all monies paid by client.
